What happens to my voucher if I delete a test?
Deleting a test returns refund credits for the test amount, not the original voucher. Those credits can be applied to a future purchase or combined with smaller vouchers.
What if my test is in “Need Revision”?
You can either delete the test to start fresh (voucher returned) or upload the requested revised files directly on the test detail page.
Who can submit a test?
Skaters submit for themselves. Parents and coaches can submit on behalf of their skaters/students using their own accounts.
Can skaters see tests submitted for them?
Yes. Skaters can view the tests submitted on their behalf from their dashboard.
I can't draw my e-signature on a laptop — how does it work?
On a laptop or desktop, click and hold the mouse button while dragging to draw — it works like a pen on paper, not a single click. On a touchscreen, use your finger or a stylus. You can press Clear and redraw as many times as needed.
